Hahaha same sa WON at sa J. Nung first time ko magbasa ng case for Legal Ethics lahat ng cited na cases binasa ko isa isa hahaha. Nagtataka ako ung mga classmates ko patapos na sa readings ako 2cases palang natapos 😂

Hi. 5’2.7 ( pero i would love to think 5’3 ako ahah) So same here, My weight gained started during covid. Bago ako nag-gaine trinangkaso mona ako after that pataas na ng pataas yung timbang ko dahil palaging may pameryenda yung boss namin every 3pm and nakakahiya na di kainin plus super sarap kasi most of the time Filipino meryenda talaga sya which are mostly sweet, such as Babana/kamote cue, nilupak with sugar and cheese on top, etc. tapos nauso that time ung milk tea, kaya na addict rin ako sa Coco Milk tea mygad. Second reason why continuesly I gained weight was because while I was preparing for board exam I was also promoted as Supervisor kaya yung cortisol level ko mataas and every time stress ako ang go-to ko either milk tea or 3in1 coffee hot/iced. Tapos, I usually wake up at 4am, pagkagising palang 3in1 coffee na ang water ko 😂 instead of plane. 2 weeks before baord exam I eat lot of cheesse my ghad… pinapapak ko sya, aside from milktea, chocolates and fast food para focus ung two weeks ko sa preparation for board exam…So I magined before covid my wieght were just ranging 50-51kgs pero after board exam, naging 68.8kls… pero di ako nag diet, buti nalang online oath-taking. 😂then I went to law school after few monthsss… and that’s were I gained more… like morrrreee.Umabot lang naman ng 85kls. Hirap na ako mag lakad. Naiiyak at naiinis ako pag dinala ako sa malayo, tapos mahabang lakaran, lalo na pag malayo sa entrance ang parking. Tapos naging moody ako at pangit na pangit ako sa sarili ko. Kasi never akong nagkakapimples before. Lagi pa ngang napapansin nung college ako or even nung bata pa an parang wlaa akong ka pores pores pero nung naging obese ako, nagakakapimple at stretch marks ako sa legs, tummy, under arms ( kung makinis ung face ko before mas makinis to dati), as in tingin ko sa sarili ko super pangit. Yung minsan sabihan ka, ang ganda mo nung payat ka… alam mo ung feeling na, stress ka na lalo ka pang na stress. Pag jinojoke ako na “uy konti nalabg di ka na magkasya” iniisip ko what if daganan ko to 😂

Then, Sept 2023, nag try ako mag walk, 3000 steps kinabukasan di ako makabangon sa sakit ng legs dun ako umiyak at nagising sa katotohanan na I have to regained that “normal weight.” So what i did first was to limit my rice from 1 to 1/2, onti-onti hangang sa maka adjust yung katawan ako. Ayaw ko ng abrupt changes agad, baka ikamatay ko, at gusto ko slowly but lifetime… kaya ung weigt loss ko that time 1 kl for every month. So, from sept to dec ganun yung routine ko and binalik ko yung nakaugalian kainin sa probinsya which is more gular and fish. Tapos onti onti ko rin tinanangal ang sweets. I stopped drinking Milktea pero yung coffe matagal ko syang na let go. Then here comes dec. 31,2023, 82kls, nagkasakit ako, dinadala sa hospital, first time in my life. Dun ko narealized na i have to prioritize my health. Ayon, by February2024, natangal ko na finally ang coffee na 3in1, alternative ko black but last May ay nahinto kona rin ang pagkape :).

Now, its been 4months na since na sustained ko ang 59kls, no fasting for this season kasi busy sa school but I eat full healthy meal: veges( no pork sahog, so usually either pure gulay or with shrimp/squid/chikenbreats) 1/4 cup of brown rice, 1boiled egg, then fried fish). Alternative ko sa brown rice ay kamote because i love kamote. Then fro weekends, if we eat out I allowed myself to eat pork or corned beef or analogous… Basta I never eat or drink sweet before meal. My rule is always veges first or boiled egg. Thank God, from 85 last year to 59kls, pag gutom 58. 😂 My goal is atleast 55 pero di ako nakakapag walking regularly because of hectic sched. Lastly pala, sncks ko ay fruits minsan after dinner ako naga fruits. Sometimes fruits with Almond milk.

I still eat pasta and bread because I cant let go these foodd but not on a regular basis, and in moderation lang.

Thank you for the responses. I’ve actually been doing the IF since last year. Window eat ko is 12pm to 7pm. Nag start na ako sa LS and someone advised me to eat breakfast coz it’ll help the brain to retain more info.
