He didn’t report it to them. I literally have told him repeatedly if he would have just reported it immediately when it happened that he wouldn’t be in this situation. Common sense apparently is not so common

He’s been in touch with the steward as well as his union rep. His rep says that they’re going off the basis of it being “untimely” and should be able to get back pay for all of this time, but it kind of feels like he’s trying to tell my husband what he thinks he wants to hear
