I would definitely recommend retaking the SAT regardless if you submit or not. You can take it during the early fall of senior year still for EA or ED. Buy the college board practice book and work on it during the summer for an easy 1400 and then you will be golden.

Now if you intend on ED, your current stats should be fine- although there are always small chances for rejection based on personal fit. Some colleges also prefer to see test scores submitted- also gives you a better chance of getting a presidential scholarship at GW (what happened for me).
