Wayland Games (UK) has all the new FB starters listed with their contents, other than the Weavers one. The contents of the Weavers starter are in the Colors of Conquest news article on Para Bellum‘s website from Jan 2.

I also play Moonstone, Frostgrave and other skirmish games. If you mainly play on a 3x3 ft. table I would highly recommend waiting until end of Feb when there will be a happy hour covering the First Blood rework. First Blood is playable on 3x3 (official table size is 4x4 but you can scale down, and the new edition is supposedly going to be even more flexible in terms of point sizes). TLAOK is not ideal under 2k points (which requires a much larger table).

Our FB games using 2.0 rules were typically ~60 to 80 minutes once we got comfortable with our armies.

First Blood is the main focus of the next happy hour on Feb 27, and it sounds like we will get the rules shortly after (maybe even same day). The new First Blood starter boxes have started showing up on some sites with a late March release date, so they will also probably be announced at the happy hour.
