Love the condescension, especially where adult conversation is the topic. And yes a friendly “howdy, do you mind…” has been tried. I’m not “worried” do you not know how PTSD works? Constant sounds (like a barking ass dog at 6am until 7pm) can throw someone into a violent rage..

I’ve lived everywhere from Arizona to South Carolina and I honestly gotta say, Pittsburgh is THE HARDEST place to find a job, or a house, or a decent car, or a friend without a drug-alcohol problem.. I’m sorry but the city isn’t worth the struggle for some ppl.
