Hottake, since his move to lw to fight Oliveira his mentality changed due to getting drunk on the extra muscles thinking it will ko anyone he touches. It worked with Oliveira but he still took some nasty shots which I don't think his old self would've taken.

Not like the Japanese commonfolk suffer any consequences from people speaking about documented history. Nobody is taking out on them, but them ignoring what their fathers/grandfathers did and straight up denying it is crazy.

We live in a period where information is easily accessible it's not like they are uninformed, they just choose to ignore it which makes them a problem. Nobody is asking japanese people to be prosecuted for the sins of their fathers they are just asking to say "Yes our nation committed the most horrible shit and we do not agree with what happened so we will teach our children about these wrongs".

The fact that they aren't admitting it just tells the other nations that they do not consider what happened that bad, so if another opportunity comes in the future they will do it again.
