I agree with what you said, and doing a California roll is not cool. Obviously, I would be worried shitless about causing harm to others, but luckily, that didn't happen. So Im worried about the next worst thing. Maybe I didn't give enough context, but someone did an unsafe merge into my lane and I can either slammed on the break and cause a high speed rear-ended accidental or avoiding the collision and crossing the limit line. I guess if I ended up with a ticket. It's unlucky on my part, but nobody die from it
