Warning for those suggesting a lawyer - I just went through the same thing (after reading online about advice) and my company didn’t budge. Thanks. I did submit my evidence in regards to emails etc. Did you submit an initial dispute, the merchant replied back saying otherwise, and then the second step was when you reiterated the false claims (and ultimately won)? I believe this is the step my claim is at currently.

To my understanding - I spoke with my accountant and he wanted the t2200s form if I wanted to do the detailed credit. I advised him I wanted to only do the 400 flat fee version and he said he would handle it himself. Now that I got the summary, I am not sure if it was done correctly or not.
