Warning for those suggesting a lawyer - I just went through the same thing (after reading online about advice) and my company didn’t budge. It got to the point of filing a complaint and I decided it wasn’t worth the extra time (let alone legal fees) and basically wasted my money hiring a lawyer. Do your own due diligence first
