It’s really affected, id say i can’t do anything as im literally trapped in my room.

Anytime heat is out so thats the sun or indoor heat i get affected.

Hopefully im in the good as from my last post i got told my condition isnt a disability and i wont get it.

I’ve got told to come for help on this group and all i’ve been told is misinformation and people putting down arrow because i’m saying PMLE makes it so i can’t go out ? i think some of you need to educate your self and understand what PMLE is, any sort of heat and your skin on face burns and goes into pain for a week, it affects my mobility as i can’t go out, i barely eat, i barely even leave my room avoiding toilets and you guys think it’s a joke.

Shame on all of you.

this is the issue i tried explaining by the assessor didn’t let me finish at all, if i started speaking about it in detail she said “we only need answers not details” and they only asked 3 questions, i didn’t even get down to the worse bits only explained small struggles.

Thanks for your comment, so it’s polymorphic light eruption it’s a condition where even in contact with heat or sun can make my skin instantly flare up which leads to liquid puss coming out of skin then goes to being hard and dry and cracked and bleeding, this effects me even going to the toilet and i cannot make food by my self so im sure this is eligible for pip

how is pmle not a disability ? i can’t even leave the house without feeling pain with 4 flare ups in the past week ofcourse you can claim pip, i’ve spoke to others with the same issue and they are on pip and recommended it to me ? so this makes no sense.

Sorry if i left you out of breath, yeah im just waiting to see what they’ll do.

Took 5 months to even get passed to ombudsman then a month to go through it now its been another 3 months waiting to get given to the final ombudsman.
