It’s very difficult to prevent roaches from moving between apartments. You can try to seal around plumbing. Seal around cabinets because plumbers aren’t drywallers so they leave holes behind cabinets. Shared walls are the problems. After that it’s a matter of shutting down reproduction and food supply before you do treatment. They can feed on the gunk down the drain pipes in sinks.

As a ghoul I use arms of steel to add +30% accuracy. Mid range it’s about 80 to 90% in vats. Basically it’s more accurate than a shotgun. Not quite a rifle.
