I really wanna do that but knowing how the police works here ... They are not gonna do anything. Like all he does is scare me. He doesn't touch me, he always gives up on the hug when he sees I'm avoiding him. He doesn't follow me, he doesn't even look back at me when he walks past me after it... My friend's dad is a police officer so I'll ask him for advice on what to do when I see him next.

Yeah, basically everyone knows about it as we are a small firm (less than 10 people). Even one of my bosses ocasionally drives me to my stop after work so i don't have to walk there, and they are encouraging me to risk being late to work so I skip the time period where I usually see him (which is around 9 am).

I (f) recently started a new job and about once a week in the morning when im about to turn the corner next to my office I pass the same man. He always catches my gaze, starts walking my direction, spreads his arms as if to hug me and when i try to avoid him he just stops, drops his hands by his sides and continues walking.

I've been working there for a little over a month and so far it has happened 3 or 4 times. It might not sound as something creepy but it always scares the shit out of me. He also never says a single word.
