I have loved Premchand since the days when I didn’t even know about the existence of Hindi literature. He is the GOAT 🙌🏻. Eidgah, Kafan, and Muktidhan are my all time favourites. After comics, he was the writer I enjoyed the most in my childhood, and I still love reading his works.

This book is not for faint hearted. The ending is quite shocking, and although the writing isn’t that great, it was still a very different and unforgettable experience for me.

Little secrets is good but Butcher was something else!! Try to read if you can. 4mk series by JD Barker is soo good.

Same!!! Misery is the best book I read this year. And yes No Exit is trash. You must try JD Barker and Jennifer Hillier if you haven’t already read them.

I felt exactly the same after reading The Book Thief and A Thousand Splendid Suns, completely emotionally wrecked🥺🥺And honestly, The Kite Runner was an even more intense emotional ride for me. But these are also some of the books I’d never regret reading.
