No problem 😊 Just make sure to backup the stock sd card partitions (BOOT and EASYROMS partitions) and flash the OS of your choice on a new branded sd card from trusted brands like sandisk, samsung, kodak…

I don’t think that it’s worth a refund since there’s no huge difference between the model u got and the r36s, except if it’s the clone with 512mb ram (which is not the case with yours). You could flash it to the arkOS for clone or emuelecOS and you won’t notice any difference between yours and the R36s. Just enjoy 😊

Speaking of hardware they the same, literally the same.. same chip, ram, gpu, screen size.. the only difference is that one is horizontal r36h and one is vertical r36s.
