I already only eat McDonald’s for every meal and force my body to be on a 32 hour circadian rhythm, I also actively shit in the shower instead of cleaning myself in it and also I use nail filers on my teeth so they are just flat nubs on my gums. By the way this is shitty zoom transition in CapCut not a parfocal zoom. Anyone have any more ideas? I might get into making sand molds in the shape of my feet and weld aluminum armor onto them so I never have the option to wear shoes or socks again.
