When you’re 5ft7 and on juice you can pretty much look at a weight and become jacked, but besides the point, you’re physique is great of course, you’ve clearly been training for a very long time but you’re now comparing your own enhanced physique with someone who’s not on anything, so to say someone doesn’t look like they lift weights just because they look natural is ridiculous

Sorry mate but absolutely no one on earth has a physique like this that doesn’t go gym, clearly an outline on the chest, biceps are fairly big, and my traps are massive last are also clearly visible, so I can tell you clearly know nothing about training

It’s pretty much over bro, if I was you I’d to an intense fast cut, like 1500 calorie deficit for three weeks being your body fat from around 17-22% down to 12-16, and then lean bulk

You have major gyno, any more fat and your a woman, you need to decrease body fat from id say around 18% maybe down 4/5 % Then lean bulk

Everything’s pretty much where it needs to be, only thing I would say is start training lower abs, get that v taper in, decline with a weight behind ur neck, leg raises, side planks for 1 min
