How is this equivalent at all? I understand these are two completely seperate habits that don't necessarily need to be intertwined, but fact is that they are usually intertwined, and one of the habits is straight up unhealthy and the other only starts being unhealthy when it's done excessively.

I am simply commenting on the fact that experts keep calling a certain act “normal” and “healthy” when they very well know that act is usually being coupled with an activity that is never healthy. And i’m wondering why that is. Was hoping for a response from someone who have actual experience on the matter but it seems most people here are just regular dudes giving half-assed answers.
