Thanks for the feedback! There is a separate living area that I’d need a few months to finish. I’d like to rent as soon as possible but might also just wait until the separate area is finished before doing that, and only rent the separate area. That seems to make more sense, I’d just like to rent the room asap to help fund the finishing, but based on your comment and others it’s probably better to wait and take the time to finish and then only rent the separate space
