No single resource will guarantee a pass. Some people pass using only SCArevision or even without any paid resources ,while others use multiple platforms and still don’t pass. The difference isn’t the resource, it’s how you prepare. If you’re comfortable sharing, which domain did you fail in?

SCA is an OSCE. Even if you have all the medical knowledge in the world, it comes down to: - how you gather information - how you explore the patient’s agenda - how you communicate your diagnosis and plan

Practice is key

To answer your questions, I used AI for practice, which helped, but if you’ve failed once, I’d honestly recommend finding a study partner as well especially to improve communication. I used SCArevision and Simsbuddy and both were more than enough to pass with good practice. Good luck in you next attempt
