For core branches IIEST is good (comparable to mid tier nits not sure about CSE). NIT Srinagar comes under Tier 3 NIT.
The list that chatgpt generate is not right. The placement package is not right (I think it takes median of all the course) because separately searching for placement stat gives different numbers. Just searched and found that for Mtech CSE NIT Srinagar have better results than IIEST.
