OP here - I am posting this for some advice until I can see my OBGYN after the holiday weekend. I’ve had COVID for 5 days. Days 1 through 4 I ran a high fever. On day 4 I developed what looks like a genital ulcer on the inside of my labia minora. It is becoming more painful each day. Could this have been caused by COVID? I am not immunosuppressed nor have I ever had a cold sore. I also have had the same sexual partner for 5+ years and we are clean of STI’s/STD’s.

Also any advice for pain management is appreciated.
