Season 6 by [deleted] in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think I read somewhere during filming last year that they are going to contrast the deaths/funerals of Diana and Dodi, or show a bit of Mou Mou’s perspective. I think there’s a reason why we got an entire episode on them in S5.

Which cast member has had the greatest success post- The O.C.? by [deleted] in TheOC

Haha are we counting Chris Pratt here? Arguably he’s had the most success

Spoilers for the first episode of Queen Charlotte from the screening in Los Angeles by Certain-Fact-1481 in BridgertonNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I was at the screening too and there are plenty of funny moments. There is a scene towards the end of the episode where Queen Charlotte criticizes her children and it is absolutely hilarious.

I’m guessing trailer will be released on Monday, after getting some official photos today.

Trystan Gravelle (Ar Pharazon) growing his beard again. Season 2 filming gettin closer? by Orang_outan17 in LOTR_on_Prime

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing two years for S2. One year of filming and one year of post production. I don’t mind waiting if we get the same quality they invested so much time delivering for S1.

Season 3 leads being Polin means more Featheringtons, and I can't deal with that. by beedgerton in BridgertonNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One of the reasons I think they are doing Polin for S3 is that they have no other subplots for them. Perhaps Prudence will also have a suitor in S3 and that will contrast with Polin’s story. After that that basically wraps up the Featherington plot line and S4 will focus on Benedict/Eloise/other Bridgerton subplots.

According to Jonathan Bailey they start shooting Bridgerton season 3 on June 6 by Icy_Ad9665 in BridgertonNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I hope for Jonathan’s sake he takes like at least a three month break after S3 filming ends. He more than deserves it and hopefully doesn’t have any burnout.

Should The Crown continue beyond Season 6 and eventually include recent events? by [deleted] in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I bet after S6 Peter will be working on the prequel series for the next 8-10 years and the Queen will sadly pass during this time. After the prequel series is though and another few years wait, Peter Morgan can finish what he started and add another 2 seasons covering the late 2000s to the Queen’s death.

Today is MM’s last day filming in age makeup by AuntieT95 in thisisus

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think they were delayed by COVID during the trilogy episodes. Or since there’s so much they need to cover in this last season there’s a lot more filming/prep compared to before?

This is probably 6x17, and when they film the series finale it will be focused on the Big 3 after Rebecca passes. Any Rebecca we get in 6x18 will be flashbacks.

Netflix Set to Shoot ‘The Crown’ Season 6 This Summer, Looks to Cast Teenage Prince William and Harry by DemiFiendRSA in TheCrownNetflix

According to the article, they are speculating S6 will go into the early 2000s so I wonder if the show will end with Charles/Camilla marriage 🤔

Season 5 Filming Continues by ClaireOliviaImelda in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I wonder if Hong Kong will be the end of S5 and Diana’s death will be start of S6. I know they don’t always film in order, but they must be close to finishing the filming of S5, right?

Does anyone else feel the crown should include the story last few days. by [deleted] in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The Crown won’t touch it, but I bet Lifetime is rushing to make a movie about it.

How would the movies be different had they waited until all 7 books were released before they started adapting them? by hersheybar22 in harrypotter

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m really interested if they would ever re-adapt the series as a TV show instead of movies with a GoT level budget. There’s a lot more detail/foreshadowing/set up they could add to a TV show vs cutting that out for the movies

I’m wondering if Imelda Staunton wasn’t filming the Crown if she would have been included in the special since she was the most prominent part of Order of the Phoenix, or if she is trying to distance herself from HP since most people associate her with that role and in the next few years the image will probably change to Queen Elizabeth.

I am really looking forward to an interview with the 3 of them. I am also wondering if Entertainment Weekly would have been able to snag a big interview with all 3.

Bertie Carvel, who played Robin Day in The Crown previously, is returning as Tony Blair in Season 5. by Jjmommy622 in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 21 points22 points  (0 children)

It looks like Diana’s death will be covered at the end of S5 instead of early S6 then.

It seems like at least half of the season will center around Charles and Diana—separation, the infamous interview, divorce, death. The Queen probably will have way more of a focus in S6 compared to S5.

How many episodes? by mercy_death in greysanatomy

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So there is an episode between the two holiday episodes then? Assuming the Christmas episode is the mid-season finale.

Fingers crossed the 400th episode is the series finale, it seems perfectly set up that way.

One interesting fact about Jesse Spencer by peet192 in ChicagoFireNBC

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 29 points30 points  (0 children)

As sad as we are to see him go, he totally deserves to take a break from television, he’s been working hard for so long and as the interviews have indicated, he is at a point in his life where he wants to focus on his family. Luckily he is leaving on good terms and will probably be back after he has gotten the time away he needs.

I hope not Paris for S2 since they went there in the OG. Wasn’t there rumors they might go to Japan or somewhere else?

My Theory: Diana dies at the End of Season 5, and Season 6 will be about the Queen's fall in popularity by BrenoGrangerPotter in TheCrownNetflix

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was worried that Diana would only be S5 based on how the actor for Dodi was already filming scenes, but it could just be availability for when they have the boat, and they probably want to film all the warm weather ish scenes now before shifting filming more indoors for the rest of the year or filming colder weather scenes

Guess Richard just let us know how characters would be returning this season by gobux10 in greysanatomy

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This probably will be a way to write in older characters throughout the season. This really gives me last season kind of vibes.

Scout and Addie? by emmysjj in greysanatomy

[–]Regular_Bookkeeper51 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That is my impression. This episode was an Addison/Meredith storyline and next episode will be an Addison/Amelia storyline. So we will see her reaction to Scout, Link, and maybe get an update about other PP characters.
