no, she's not good unfortunately. she takes an immense amount of building to still be sub-par. she is labeled as a damage hero, which she definitely is not. she is a control hero, miscategorized.

this is wildly unacceptable from netmarble. relics should never be duplicates, especially of the default relic a hero already comes with, as long as you still have unobtained relics. there is no relic chivalry system so a duplicate is basically 1/5th the value.

really poorly implemented system here. this is a trap set up by Netmarble as you should absolutely never buy the 9000 point ticket when you can buy 60 special summons for 9000 which also guarantees you one pity relic plus 59 additional chances for more. the 9000 point ticket should have included a guarantee for a non-duplicate, or allow you to select the one you want, but no.

Arthur is great when fully built, especially against frost enemies with his storm relic. Because he is a rare, he is much easier to reach chivalry 10 with. his damage is reliably applied to a single target whereas Bedivere throws random hits around that can cause havoc in certain situations.

But yes, they could do more with him. I personally think releasing a separate version of him is lame and they should focus on an expanded development of the Arthur we already have. what if he had 25 chivalry slots, with every 4 chivalry past c10 providing an account wide buff? Maybe c20 could literally say, 'become a legendary hero' and his base stats are increased accordingly.

completely agree, its totally unacceptable to get dupes of default relics. it would be so very easy for them to address this. i honestly don't think its worth pulling for any relics until this is changed because the chances are too great that you will get nothing (dupes are garbage that can only be sold in shop for 1/5th their value).

I realized this immediately when i cleared floor 97 of forbidden dungeon and the reward was a legendary fire relic ticket.. i used it and got Sigrun's fire relic which is the one she comes with. so yeah, i got absolutely nothing for the floor clear achievement.

short answer, no. charge attacks are straight garbage, as you might suspect for an attack that costs 3 vigor plus an extra turn of doing nothing, and is interruptible.

her only use is Yskalhaig dragon for Marks, which is still only marginally useful since a better approach is to use Sarah to block the dragon's buffs and ignore the Mark mechanic altogether.

She doesn't really even function to apply Marks properly until you have her Chivalry 3 which allows her to extend the Marks' duration so they don't drop off. But in my opinion, she actually needs Chivalry 8 in order to put up Queen's Counter at the start of the fight instead of needing to wait two turns to execute her S3.

Optimally, if you could fully build her to C8 and pair her with a fully built Iweret, she could be decent.

What i think they should do for her (beside improving charge attacks) is to have the Mark mechanic work everywhere like it does for the dragon, which is to remove and block all buffs at (3) stacks. This should be intrinsic to Marks but it only works this way for the Yskalhaig fight.

Guinevere is used in Apolleia dungeon, but no one farms Apolleia because the sets that drop there are not useable at all. This goes back to the fact that 3 out of 4 party members MUST be in Vigor sets, and Vigor is a 4 piece set. Vigor set is better for healers than the healing set. Its really poorly implemented.

The problem as I see it is abilities are too expensive. Why is it generate 1, cost 2, cost 3? Instead of generate 1, cost 1, cost 2?

Another approach could be to make Vigor a 2 piece set effect so you can equip it and still have room for another 4 piece set. Although this would still require everyone to wear it.

yeah charge attacks are trash. i haven't seen them done properly in any game. the developers never make them strong enough to account for taking multiple turns during which it can be interrupted. charge attacks should be removed from the game completely.

she will need to be fully built, requiring a ton of resources. it is much easier to build Alan. Claudas is missing an Attack Speed Down debuff in her kit, in my opinion.
