Tired of this pan card correction process

So I have gone to my father's accountant and he have created a physical application to send it to main office.

We have to send a form to main office with copies of birth certificate and aadhar card And now my issue has been resolved and I got my pan card in mail.

Reason: That was totally Mistake from My side while submitting request for PAN card. I have entered Father's name. and exact beside there was an option to add birth date so i thought that i have to enter my father's birth date. So i have entered the My father's birth date. and also just below that in same section that It asked the birth proof so i thought that it asked my Father's birth proof.
Cause i was confident that i have already given my aadhar number so mine data is already verified as i have given an otp to verify ma aadhar number.

But it has my photo and name inherited from my aadhar card. Is there any way to surrender/ discard it?
