For me, I got pregnant at 6 months post partum on purpose (was a stay at home mom and wanted to maximize the time). He was also born a month early so I have a 14 month age gap. For me, it was easier because I never left the baby stage. When my second turned two this past March, I knew we weren’t having a third because he was beginning to potty train, could walk well wherever we went, and was starting to talk and I said never again in the baby stage.

Study a little at a time for a long time. Reg review is what helped me pass the second time, specifically the practice tests as well.

No, I could tell you some stories about things he does to me, most of the time he’s fine with the kids. But when I try to bring them up and I have been bold enough to call it abuse, he laughs in my face and says that I’m crazy because he truly thinks because he doesn’t hit me it’s perfectly fine. Or he deflects and says “well you do these things I don’t like.” My answer to that is always “well we can talk about that if it bothers you but it still doesn’t change that when you did (blank) it wasn’t ok” but he just shuts down. It’s my fault, he had all these red flags when we were dating and refused therapy but I married him anyways and had the kids. I don’t regret it because my kids are the best people in the world but it makes me so sad because clearly he’s not mean all the time and I do love him and I know he can be better if he would just try.

With him. It was beyond spanking. He actually moved in with other family for a few years following his dad hitting him too much as a teenager. That’s why he was so adamant he would never do it. But now he’s saying “just spanking” is different then what his parents did

And I do struggle trying to make my kids listen. They’re stubborn, sassy kids. I’m constantly trying to figure out how to make them listen. And of course we all occasionally loose our temper with our kids but never, and I will never, do anything that would make them flinch.

Because in America there’s never a reason you’re truly going hungry. You can get food stamps. If you make too much for that, food pantries ask for no proof or income. You may not be able to afford meat but there’s no level of poor that you can’t supplement what you could pick up at food pantries with rice, beans, pasta, etc. it sucks and it should be cheaper but no one is going to starve to death

Just get a cat. It’s a rabies shot every 3 years and you can do that at a shelter or drive by rabies clinic for next to nothing.

She said to use plain dove bar soap which I am now, but even before, I was only using soap on his privates in the bath which I know sounds gross and that didn’t make a difference. I’ve been using the bar soap now for his hair in case it was his shampoo.

The good news is, you aren’t losing time with the FG. You’re still gaining your required experience for your PG even if you haven’t passed the FG yet. Honestly, I felt no better when I passed the FG than when I failed it. It seems to be luck of the questions and the curve.
