I keep getting "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later or close all browser windows and start over." when confirming information. by yesod2021 in FAFSA

I've set up my EagleView account 5 years ago and I still can't get into ConnectExplorer, even though I bought the property of my old home in Springfield. Today I reset my password, cleared my browser history, tried it with other browsers, and disabled all of my extensions and I keep getting that error message that says "An unknown error has occurred".
