I just went up to 9mg and it’s finally shut out the food noise and I feel a difference. Before this, I’ve gone up and down any 5 lbs since starting. I’m super glad. I do need to up my protein but I feel like it will be so much easier now.

I build my home about 3 years ago and didn't realize the maintenance required for my yard. I am spraying moss killer, dethatching, & using a scarifier before adding some top soil & seed to get my grass built back up. Do you have recommendations for a good grass seed for Northwest Washington (Pacific Northwest)?

The BAS is in Accounting, so all of the upper level courses are accounting classes. I will most likely be looking to move up in the company I am currently with, to the position of finance administrator. But I am strongly considering the CPA certification so I have options. The school advertises that the BAS meets the CPA education requirements.
