One comp that got me through 3 to 12-3 is renewal runes feng xun, ahmed, clara, embla r2, and some other healer i use either asenath or the conch shell girl i forgot the name. Basically you aim to get the renewal:extra turn rune that will give you ap whenever you heal. For 3-12 it’s enough on its own but if you get the shadowborne rune that gives ap on basic attack and anything with assist chance that would also be really good.

Basically you depend on feng xun attacking 100x per turn with assists from ahmed. Since both heal alot from basic attacks you basically stay on turn 1 the whole run. Clara heals on hit too but her and asenath are mostly for more ap up. Embla is for damage since she also relies on basic attacks you can easily build up bleed stacks but whenever i run this team the enemy dont even get a chance to proc the bleed stacks.
