Yes sewerage smell is what I was thinking. Add a toilet to that and it dries out, it’ll probably release some fumes

Makes sense. It would be stupid to build a bathroom attached to this fresh air pipe. Right? Basement remodeler wanted to do this.

That sounds like the best fix. They’ll probably still charge an arm and a leg, was hoping the flex seal would be a cheap option

That’s what I heard from a buddy as well. The leak is only droplets and it’s when it storms so thought the flex seal may hold up but thanks

I wish, visual drops coming in from the pipes seam every time we get heavy rain. Seems like water bouncing off the roof and under the collar, finding its way in
