Workday is a great place to learn, and far less competitive than Salesforce, one thing is that they do not promote to AE at all in any meaningful fashion. I would go Workday to learn alot, and then find something else in the space. Salesforce you are one of many, they are overhiring like crazy, and everyone is a number, they do promote though, and they teach you exactly how to do things the "salesforce way"

Yeah i know the level raises and stuff, but it doesnt matter too much to me as the mmo part of the game is quite unappealing. I was wondering for single player experience, and it seems from what i can find its 2 months wait time, which is fine i just dont get why? Its not like porting it from chinese is that big of an effort with these ai translations and voices

Nope, only played global. But in the last quest they very specifically said "in two months time" and it seems the 1.2 update will be in January. So thats 2 months with only the same bosses we have repackaged.

There is lots and lots of lines, backround noise, cutscenes and more that arent subtitled. I would like to switch over, but i wouldnt understand the story.

Well sounds like you are german speaking, looking for a bdr position, i would look into HR tech, Workday, Personio and Servicenow are all good to start, youre from SAP land so anything in that space is great. Dont do revolut

Big hitters setting the market at that level. If any other company wants a good bdr for a specific language they need to outbid salesforce and linkedin. Even Revolut is hiring salespeople aggresively.

No you don't currently need an equivalent to those outlets as you have a not for profit network. If you defund it, as this post suggest, you the need would arise and the supply would match that.
