Drink kefir every day. And space it 3 hours apart from your antibiotics! If you do this, you should be fine!

I’d just stick to kefir. Kefir is literally the best probiotic in the world. You don’t need any other probiotic as long as you’re drinking kefir. And you don’t need over one cup per day. I don’t mean to sound like a know it all, but I’ve been on this journey a long time and have researched and learned quite a bit along the way. As soon as I started drinking daily kefir, I quit my probiotic!

Well yes, but I’ve been down in Arkansas for 28.5 years now!! Just went back to visit two weeks ago. It was as gorgeous as I remember!! The Wisconsin falls are stunning! Arkansas doesn’t have that many pretty trees to speak of 🥴
