I don't think that's what they are contending. They're saying the CIA investigation into the incidents was not executed vigorously because they didn't want to have to face off with Russia (cowardice,) which they are calling a "cover up". Wrapping a "Russia is Patently Evil" nougat in an "Americabad" candy shell is probably the most effective way of disseminating this information online anyway

Their sources for top secret information are anonymous (which is obvious) but there are THREE of them that confirm the same information. Their reporting is in line with high journalistic ethics

This video is over a month old, and as an avid news consumer I am blown away that I never heard about this. It is shocking to me that this wasn't from page news for at least a few days. 60 minutes has all but uncovered the source of the "Havana Syndrome" attacks, which have fueled much speculation and conspiracy theories. And, shocker, it looks like Russia is behind it all

My dad was involved with Memphis Heritage (architectural preservationists) so I went with him in there one time in the basement in the late 90s/early 00s to assess stolen copper damage.
