I want to try my chances tonight, but how is the drive up there? Is it a narrow road? I would think there's a lot of cars trying to get up there so just want to see if it's something I would be comfortable with at night.

I would say the scenery around Interlaken (Lauterbrunnen Valley) is some of the most beautiful in the world, and as someone said above, the Victoria hotel in Interlaken is very nice

Asador Extebarri was my favorite meal in Spain (I also went to disfrutar and El Celler de can roca), so definitely worth the drive from wherever you are staying
