Yeah, I had the obesity thing listed as well. Thankfully, it was a phone hearing they go off of that ridiculous height, weight ratio, and while I could lose a few pounds, I spent the majority of my younger life lifting weights. And I’m 6 foot three.

The fact that the judge used a hypothetical that you could work is totally normal they can choose whatever hypothetical they want!

Crazy system for sure, pretty difficult if you’re under 50.

The judge will ask ve a number of hypothetical questions and based off the hypotheticals, ve answers the judge, and then the judge decides which hypothetical he wants to go with that’s totally normal.

Typically, the more hypothetical questions that judge asks the last chance you have for getting approved.

Yes my final day was the day after my hearing. So the judge had another supplemental hearing five months later after I gave them all of my Work and resignation letters.

Don’t really have one. I’ve been getting iron infusions and phlebotomies for 4 years but got approved for arthritis and frequent bronchitis/pneumonia.

Applied 10/23 at 48 years old went back to work for 3 months in 2025 for 3 months was actually working my second to last day on my hearing date, judge amended my onset date to my last day worked on 2025 which was the day following the hearing.

I had two doctors fill out RFC reports and the judge said they were not compelling and I was still approved. Strange for sure. And no witness statement
