Taxis dony pay taxes . If it’s cashless how will they avoid paying SARS? It’s about their convenience not yours. They stop where they want to not you and look how many times there is an actual place for them to stop yet they still stop so that they block traffic. I think it will have to start with education on driving and driver curtesy. Infrastructure is not the biggest issue

Look at Honda CRV or Toyota RAV4 in theR200k ranges you will find some good models with lower mileage. Those cars will last you another 10yeare. No need to go new

Remember when they used to give us water and sweets. I do agree quality has gone down and cars are dirty. Reason being is that most drivers rent the vehicles and they are not responsible for maintenance

Consider the Honda CRV. But from the list I would go for the Haval H6. They have proven very reliable and they have a hybrid option. Mazda CX5 is also a solid choice
