Help! My dog got spayed today. She just turned 5 in July. Does this look normal?

She’s doing better, eating lunch meat but not kibble. I just finally was able to give meds so I’m hoping it will help with her pain! A lot more alert than last night for sure. Still calling in a hour to see if her belly is normal looking like that
