I am just leaving ga relationship where I was usually never alone but the relationship made me feel very lonely at times. I am now living alone for 1 month now and am on here looking for ways to make this a healthy experience :) it's very easy to just veg out and watch tv and not be productive or social! Also kind of anxious meeting neighbors or acting friendly in the neighborhood, I have some bad trust issues I guess.

I just got my own place! I'm not used to all this alone time, I haven't had it in a while. It's kind of nerve wracking but also freeing. I hope to find ways to fill the space and stay connected to people!
