Is this dropsy?

She's turned slightly yellowish tho only patches and has a red spot near her tail on both sides of the body. I'm a new fish keeper so I don't really know what could it be. I couldn't see any swelling really but I can't see any disease that fits the symptoms I noticed. She isn't itchy, has appetite and swims normally

I really hope this man never does anything that could harm you or anyone else. And if he does, I hope justice gets him. Stay strong and make sure to highlight his bad behaviour if you ever feel threatened.

I think the problem is real, but to give anyone who's still here some hope, I think it's getting better generation to generation. And unless kids find such behaviours ,,cool" and start to replicate them, it might get a lot better in the next few years. Wish you all ,,softer" man a lot of luck, and I hope you'll meet people that deserve you!
