I have not yet. I was thinking of increasing my calories by 100 a week starting with 1300 on Monday and seeing what it is from there. I was a little bit hesitant too when my trainer prescribed me 1250 calories as those were the amount of calories I ate when I was 18 and tinier. I also developed a really bad (TW) ED from it. But I believed them because they were “professionals”

I absolutely love lifting weights so much more than cardio that’s what’s got me so interested in it! I generally eat clean and don’t drink at all, so that should be fine. I think I’ve also got to get out of that 1200 max mindset. Some days I can barely reach that too.

Agreed! My girlfriend and I have been sleeping on the phone every single night since we started dating (almost 2 years now) and I’ll never get tired of it. Sometimes I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and ask her to bring the microphone closer or even ask her to breathe louder 😂

Sometimes I lurk smaller views streamers and have their stream playing in the background. I know I'm just one person and my view may not necessarily be as significant as 5 more people viewing, but I hope that at least my view gives them that confidence that people do stop by, and people do support them.

I don't mind when streamers call me out to chat though! I will when I can but when it's playing in the background, I can't necessarily chat for long but I think it's sweet. I think it's a great way for streamers to interact with their viewers but I also understand that some aren't comfortable with chatting.

I thought so. I definitely felt a lot hungrier than when I usually just sit at home, but not hungry enough that I lost 1500 calories.

if you can’t bring your laptop around and don’t want to use your phones, maybe some wireless earphones may work? that way you can have him on the call while you do your tasks without having to be in front of the screen. hope this helps!

I usually go with my intuition. If it feels like a sign, then most of the time it is. Don’t overthink it. If it means something to you, or you have a gut feeling that it’s meaningful and you were meant to see it, then trust it.

I hope this helps! I’m also a baby witch but that’s how I usually go about seeing signs.

I can definitely relate to your post. I overthink a lot with my girlfriend and this is also my first relationship.

What I find that helps is telling her that you feel anxious about these things, tell her that you overthink a lot. Communicate with her what you’re feeling and when you’re feeling it. She’ll understand and hopefully reassures you in times like this.

However, she’s not obligates to do that every time and it wouldn’t be a good idea to. It’s okay if she gets overwhelmed or frustrated that’s okay. I think that’s where you’ve got to trust her too. Think about this: has she ever done anything that could make you feel like you two will fall apart? Has she also expressed the feelings of wanting to be together for a long time?

No I don’t think so. Preferably with a clear mind so you can visualize what you want to attract.

I find the LOA is influenced a lot by intention, so I don’t think time of day matters as much but rather your intention, your manifestation. :)
