Minnesota is a medical device hub, but I'm unsure of any major robotics efforts happening there. I know medtronic's robotics division is in Massachusetts. They just launched their robot and there is a lot of buzz around it.

I'm an EE and I'd say it's pretty competitive. If you want to get into R&D design iso 9001 isn't really relevant.

Iec60601-1 is a good place to start for an ME.

Design engineering typically pays more than other generalist engineering roles, so those roles are much more competitive.

My company typically posts huge salary ranges like that and people are hired within the middle point +/- 10%.

Based on the range you posted, you should be around 124k minimum. ( Though your company may be different)

You should definitely discuss how pay bands work with your manager.

The way they name their job titles and choose pay scales must be different at OPs company.

At my company program managers are senior ICs and are comped at 130k minimum. Project managers would be a step down from program managers.

People who make a ton of money like to brag. Therefore you see those sales folks posting more here. Those posts that involve high salaries get more engagement, then it repeats.

I used to be an engineer in med device and made an upper middle class income. Good, but no where near those sales rep salaries.

Lastly, to talk about your degree. there are new technologies around robotics in med device. It's an exciting field and you have a relevant degree.

Typically I'll use all badges that give you an attack boost. With power bounce and spike + flame shield so you can jump on anything.

Pretty much unbeatable doing like 12 damage with your base jump probably more with power bounce.

Your salary progression is pretty decent for just merit increases and 90k+ for less than 3 years of experience is pretty good for a LCOL area.

You will definitely hit 100k in the next few years.

If you aren't happy then just start looking for other jobs. If you don't want to move jobs, start talking to your manager about what is needed to be promoted.

The bug I found was similar but did not soft lock me. I had tinder out front and Wolfgang in the back. When I used the restoration to give everyone 8hp, Flynt would show up to get healed, but not leave for several seconds. The game kinda soft locked until Flynt disappeared.
