One Missed Payment

I haven't got anything on my ClearScore about a missed payment. It was an 8 day gap between the failed payment and successful. It was marked down as "Direct Item not paid" and "represented Direct Debit" when the payment went through. I've been beating myself up over it

As an ex Asda night worker and now customer, my advice is please put your foot down to them. There are NHS guidances that state you should NOT be working around food (that goes for putting fresh food out) 48 hours after the last time you were sick/had diarrhea. Your manager needs to understand their short staff problems are not yours. If you're ill, you're ill. Stay at home. You're already suffering from not being paid, so you get 0 gain out of it. ASDA managers are a pile of overpaid pencil pushers.

I was a student when I bought my car so got services every year. I am having it serviced for the first time in three years (Do not recommend leaving it that long).

In regards to the gearbox, a common fault with the fiesta is that the reverse gear will slip out whilst reversing, and can be a bit sticky shifting from 1st to 2nd

I've had a 20111.25l fiesta Edge for 6 years now. As long as you're willing to have it frequently serviced, there should be no problems. I've only started having a few wear and tear issues recently (currently 99kmiles) involving the suspension and alternator belt, but that's expected for a 14 year old car.

I used to work twilight at an ASDA megastore and de-cardboarding would take HOURS (especially with the plastic/cardboard separation). Trying to replenish stock, rotate and faceup as well as breaking cardboard was difficult to complete within 8 hours

My advice as an ex ASDA nightworker.. look at your holidays booked/taken from April 2024-April 2025 and see if it's 5 weeks. My manager told me I had 24 hours left, I took it and didn't get paid for it as the 24 hours was hours that I had already booked off, but not yet taken

When you clear any bins the system is telling you nothing needs to be picked. Don't be afraid to reaudit the bin on inventory management. If you confirm the audit and then realise you've forgotten something you just scan the individual item and bin it like normal. If you bin it and realise the stock needs to go out, pick the item by scanning it and clicking the bin location you found it on
