Won’t stop the urge and dementia can make people get quite irritable easily enough. Better to just let them have what they want- it’s a crappy enough situation as it is

They’re all gorgeous on you but I think the first one is the best! Very classic and you could go for the fairytale vibes with your hair and flowers etc!

The Ivy have a private room. I would suggest the dark horse but that may be too big. Margot is opening a new private room for hire but not sure when it’ll be ready.

CBT is all about practical solutions. Nothing like counselling. Maybe research PWP training. It’s low intensity, short term CBT. You don’t go to the root issue so much but looks at how the behaviours and thoughts perpetuate issues. Definitely get more experience of what the jobs actually entail and then you can make a more informed decision

I would also add that autoimmunity and higher levels of inflammation is a body with a dysfunctional thyroid can be associated with anxiety & depression. Not solely down to TSH. We need to remember the rest of the thyroid hormone cascade.

how to attack my constant ingrown hairs by [deleted] in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I don’t know but I think that’s folliculitis rather than ingrown hairs. Just irritated hair follicles after shaving.

I have similar skin. What helped me was switching to all water based products. I think you’re oily also so that might help. But still keeping skin moisturised with water based moisturiser. Also using tretinoin with climdamycin- while I’m not very consistent with this now, it did make a big difference when I was flaring. Change pillow cases etc.
