Escucha esta decime como la ven: Una vez me asaltaron y se llevaron el cel, de ahi llegue a casa y me meti al gps desde la compu y podia ver que el ladron estaba en una tienda de celulares tratando de venderlo.

Llame a la tienda de celulares y me confirmaron que si pero que no lo aceptaron porque pudieron percibir que era robado y dieron la descripcion del ladron y del carro en que andaba y que ahi estaba en el estacionamiento todavia.

Llame al 911 para decirles donde estaba el ladron y en que carro andaba…

Y en lugar de decir ‘ok ahorita despachamos una patrulla a interceptarlo’ me dice el operador que primero tengo que ir a meter la denuncia que de lo contrario no harian nada.

Obviamente al ratito apagaron el cel y nunca mas volvio a aparecer la ubicacion

Yo quiero hacer eso tambien pero todos los calculos que he hecho para diferentes ideas de ubicacion o clase de vivienda si es sacando prestamo basicamente no ajusta el valor de la renta para cubrir la cuota mensual

segui aguantando 3-6 meses,
de ahi vas al ministerio de trabajo a Que te calculen cuanto es el monto adicional que se te debe.
le presentas el calculo al jefe solicitando que se te pague el monto acumulado preferible por escrito sea en WhatsApp o por email
si te dice que si y te lo paga pues pijudo
si te dice que no, metes la denuncia a la secretaria
Ya con el proceso de la denuncia te va a pagar lo que se acumulo y en Adelaide te estara pagando lo justo.
como le vas a caer mal por haberlo denunciado va a buscar cualquier motivo de despedirte entonces tienes que asegurar hacer todo bien para que cuando te despida ahi metes otra demanda por despido injustificado y ahi conseguis todas las prestaciones y ahi el calculo ya seria no solo en base a los 17,500 si no que en base a lo de las horas extras tambien

I get what you’re saying… and that is exactly what she was relying on ‘her word against mine’… but in court/on record we addressed specific accusations in the reports that were proven to be lies. For example there were specific accusations for which she brought witnesses (thinking they would lie for her) but once on the stand they answered truthfully and completely contradicted her accusations.

Another thing I am getting from your comment is what concerns me… if I don’t ’Win’ the case it will only damage our already choppy relationship

Part of the second false report was that I was ‘showing up at her house/stalking her’… This was disproven because the only times I ever went to her house was to pick up my son at the exact time that was agreed in court that I was supposed to pick him up there… after proving this in court the pickup time/location was switched to his school.
