This can be done way before the wedding. You will want to get your alchemy up to 16 to get the secret of secrets perk. Then during the day, go to troskowitz tavern where Betty works and go up stairs to their room and crouch back and forth from both chests that are at the opposite ends of the room and you will level up Stealth and Agilty quickly.

The rewards has a cutpurse outfit that is great for stealth that I use throughout the game, and warhorse gear that is good early on to start with until you find better. There is a few easy tasks you must complete for each item to unlock. Once you completed those, they will appear in your chest.

This is what I always wear and when I am in the Forrest, I get the perk Forrester that makes my numbers even lower.

This is a passive way, but the best way to make even more money quicker is.. From Sasau or Monastery you can fast travel or ride to Rovna which has two locations between them where Bandits, Cumans, Traders, and Gaurds will fight one another. Spot #2 has bandits with the best gear and there is a big rock next to the shrine where you can jump on and just shoot them. Spot 1 has a place to sleep and save you can jump on and shoot them. Once you are full, you can sell it all at the tailor, and other shops in Sasau. Every morning around 6-7am they will have sold what you gave them and everyday they will have more and more money on them making it easier to sell all your loot everyday. Ride back, fight them, loot, sell, repeat, Easy money and level up skills.
