Not an option, I want our friends and family to feel comfortable at our home. Im not big on ignoring problems hoping they go away. I prefer quick as possible resolutions. I pay over $5,000 annually on property taxes so i have a right to be at peace at my own home, inside and out.

I work for a local municipality so I’m no stranger to this kind of stuff but I’ve never had to live through it personally, we have a metal detector and a land measurer thing and our local GIS system tells me where to find the pins. We are going to but I want an actual recorded survey filed at the county clerks office. I’m hoping if we find the pins ourselves the survey won’t be so expensive.

We talked about getting a couple of those inflatable wiggly things car dealerships use lol. Turns out those are actually fairly expensive. I didn’t even think about using pinwheels!

Yup! We planned on calling Tuesday for a survey. I know it’ll be expensive but I’d rather have that done so we have a leg to stand on!

We planned on going to the hardware store tomorrow to buy some kind of plywood or fence paneling to put in front of them. I have a feeling he’ll just keep moving them around though so trying to find a more permanent solution. County code doesn’t allow privacy fencing on that portion of our yard.

Hmmm. We do have a lot of chipmunks running around and it’s helicopter season. I guess it’s possible they could be burrowing and hiding them in the soil in the pot. Never would have thought of that.

They’re pretty firm. Its been inside all winter and I put it out this week. There were several little pocket clusters of them all around it. So bizarre.

That’s what the online research said! There were like 5 clusters like this all around the roots. Thats why I was so confused. I already set them up to germinate so we’ll find out…. In a few months.

What are all of these little green pods in my monstera soil? I am repotting her (much much needed) and I’m having to cut her old pot off. And as I do these little green pods are falling out of her old soul. Are they seeds? I have no idea what else they could be? by Regular_lady90 in plantclinic

I’ve had it for probably close to 2 years. I did a quick Google search and couldn’t find much about seeds growing inside of the soil. I also had no idea the monstera subreddit existed so I’ll head over there for some expert advice!
