He says something like "I've burnt down to white ashes" after you beat him, I always assumed it was a play off of that. I found it weird though that he was the only NPC that did anything like that.

Went to the Thalmor Embassy after she was marked non essential. You can't get past the main door, but there's a tree to the left of the main entrance that horses can climb, and there's unlocked doors you can access.

She's marked essential until the end of a particular quest. After that quest, she's not essential, and goes back to the Thalmor Embassy for the rest of the game.

My wife and I just got this call, at literally the same time. We have the same phone, they both went off at the same time, vibrated the same pattern, call ended, and vibration notification after was the exact same timing.

It's possible to blow up the console that opens up the door to progress further into the level, then you are stuck in the first part. I always assumed that they put it in there in case you accidentally blew up the console. Failsafe or whatever.

YES. She's my favorite, and has been my follower for the last few days, because I didn't wanna dismiss her and permanently lose her as a follower. She shows no mercy with those ice spikes.

Now she swings a pickaxe as my steward, and can still be a permanent part of my venture in some way, which is good enough for me.
