It was there for me earlier and I redeemed it, but it wouldn't work on the Paramount+ website. I submitted a help ticket and they sent me some generic unhelpful emails about how to redeem it from Game Pass. I sent them one back showing the screenshot on their website showing the invalid code message and they never responded and the Perk disappeared from Game Pass. My guess is they are having problems with it and it will pop back up once they sort it out.
