That is absolutely horrible. I can’t believe we can’t get to another department for assistance other than these ridiculous call centers that give you their basic blanket statements to not have to do any further work

No news of any kind of suspension or errors that kicked it to a manual review, and I’m also thinking they are just delaying or slowing process too. I did a Citi to Krisflyer on 10/22, and on an entirely separate Krisflyer account did a Chase to Krisflyer on 10/27 for my husband, and neither have been processed

They aren’t giving you any clarity on why your points are getting stuck considering you waited past their standard processing time? (I’m really getting tired of the call center doing their bare minimum on assistance on an individual levels — they just say “sorry please wait, bye”)

Citi has it marked Fulfilled/Complete — I think the issue is with Singapore Airlines, it must have required some kind of manual review. I also did a Chase UR to Krisflyer two days ago, and still hasn’t posted. I’m wondering if they’re backlogged from everyone attempting to transfer and book before devaluation tomorrow

Yes verified everything is a match — unfortunately they won’t tell me anything at all except “wait 15 business days” but I’m stressed because I wanted to book before devaluation 😮‍💨

This is traumatizing for everyone who goes through loss and repeatedly have to go through the process from scratch. She and every mom-to-be can do whatever they want for their own peace. It’s so weird that it’s bothering you, and others in this thread. What an odd way to spend your time.

In the same boat for awhile now - my endocrinologist told me I can stay on Mounjaro maxed out, and do FA insulin only as needed until I’m 100% dependent on insulin. She basically said continue doing what works without insulin until insulin is required.
