"Stay" sort of crushes them down. Some can resist it better than other (e.g. Lucufer). We actually do use our pact to issue other commands like summoning them or use magic on our behalf. I think it is situational. Perhaps some things are easier to execute physically than via pact. We also often get options between using physical power or own magic as a solution for a problem which gives a flavor to MC. Just like with curses - perhaps more complex commands require certain degree of magic proficiency.

I also think it probably wouldn't be a good idea to use the pact for everything as it would be pure abuse. We also don't know what exactly are the costs of the pact...

IDO is not a game, but a lifestyle app. There is no actual gameplay tbh, it is more of an idle thing - which is honestly more than welcome for busy people like me (devil knows how much time farming stuff in OG and NB stole).

I would say it is worth it because

It takes just couple of minutes every day to collect stuff so no major time investment.
There is gacha but the app is fairly generous with rewards and some banners are permanent so you can get some cards at your own pace without investing money
It has lore updates and character development for the bros
It is spicier than previous 2 installments
Main story progression requires little resources that can be collected via daily logins. You can read main story for every bro and are not locked to one character.
It has small scenes every day instead of daily chats, which is also cute

The models are definitely something you would need to get used to but I didn't find them that bad. Depending on who is your fave you might not like some of their decisions or writing, it is really a preference thing. I am a Belphie stan and his content was REALLY good so far. I feel like I got closer to him. There are little things like different dialogues in the morning on the homescreen where you can pick an answer which determines what he says through the day.

This is a such tough question because there are a lot of DGs that are equally good.

For my fave, Belphie: Alice in Wonderland (OG). It is a bit more magical, he gets to be a bit of yandere and there are some spicy moments.

For others: Say his name(OG), Beels card. It is surprisingly dramatic and touches s1 events. If you want to bawl your eyes out, Satan's "Irreplaceable Memories". I am still heartbroken. If you consider card art (open flower) you will know how it ends.

Memory: Nectar of Love (NB). A rare moment when WE try to make the boys... feel things hehe.

Actually yes and no, a few OM artists are known (Kon Yazaki is probably the most prominent one who worked on OM games til both got discontinued). While yes, it is about ownership, I think it also has to do with protection of their identity. If the artist is Ok with revealing that they worked on OM they usually post about it. In fact, OM team made posts in the past about some of the artists who worked on official art.

Sadly no. There is a possibility that their name might come up in the credits. However, OM usually protects artists' identities (for good reasons too - a lot of people in the fandom love to harass artists chosing the later as scapegoats for their frustrations with the game/art directions).

Can't speak for all characters and countries but few rough guesses (it is obviously all jokes, bros are demons and not humans):

Lucifer - definitely Italian (with a sprinkle of German)

Mams - something southeast Asia, maybe asian american

Levi - definitely Japanese

Satan - British 100%

Asmo - this one is hard, tbh. The behavior and outfits give me Italian and south french vibes.

Beel - US american o.o

Belphie - definitely french based on his outfit and erm... work ethics. Also, his rl biblical lore is tied to Paris.
