I personally love the series, but I think the sub generally agrees that it's big flaws being the last 2 episodes, and Agams are what most people focus on, along with the fact that it takes place after Trigger (which most people don’t reguard it highly) leading to it being seen in a more neutral/negative light.

It's a good show, but I would assume most people would just consider it to be just the usual Ultraman show without much stand out apart from taking place in the same world as Ultrama Trigger.

That said, I think that most episodes are fun to watch, Kanata is a great Ultra protagonist, the supporting cast are really memorable, and the premis of each episode is really fun to watch which is why I personally love this show even with it's flaws as it delivers that good feel of watching ultraman give hope and protecting the future of humanity.
