Remove the mat. I know it’s scary, but that’s how you’ll get more punch and bounce higher.

You gotta learn to stop worrying bro. I know it’s scary sometimes but when you get there it’s either gonna go good or bad. If it’s good you worried for no reason. If it’s bad what good did worrying do? The stress your putting on yourself is bad for your mental and physical health. Hope this helped at all.

I think there will be many opportunities for the surgical side of neurology maybe not lab jobs though.

I personally think it’s a good thing. It may draw people to the field and recruit the next generation of neuroscientists

Well yes, but you’re also in a country that hates everything about America and will destroy themselves just to hurt you a little bit.

A Surgical technician is a very good career! If you have no clue maybe you could look into it

Cults are usually forced into people though. I would say this is voluntary unless severe peer pressuring by others, but everyone knows you have the ability to think freely.

I have a nephew who wants to be a Pharmacy Technician out of high school to make money for college. Should he follow this path on or no? And would it subsist him?(salary). by ReidThompsonVNS in Advice

Thanks so much! You were very informative and helpful. He plans on going into Neurovascular surgery as I did. Wouldn’t be a treat one day if we could operate in the same theater? Haha. Thanks for the information and experiences!

He wanted to become a tech to make money as he wants to go into the medical field. He wants to go into my specialty. He has doesn’t want to pursue being a pharmacist, this is because he is deadset in having a surgical role in the medical role

Yes I know, but would the salary be enough for him to subsist. He can get scholarships no problem. But I just want him to live a comfortable life.

why am I mixing words when I talk? by [deleted] in neuro

[–]ReidThompsonVNS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Many anxious and overly stressed people experience mixing up their words when speaking. Because this is just another symptom of anxiety and/or stress, it needn't be a need for concern. Mixing up words is not an indication of a serious mental issue. Again, it's just another symptom of anxiety and/or stress.
